Tiantian Liu is a violinist and student in grade 12 at Charlottetown Rural High School. Her journey with the violin began in her childhood, and over the years, she has developed a deep love for music. With eight years of dedicated practice, she has achieved RCM level 9 violin with First Class Honors and is currently working on RCM level 10 violin. Alongside her accomplishments, Tiantian has garnered several awards in music, including the “Adjudicator's Choice Award Outstanding Performance” and “the Senior String Award” in the Kiwanis Music Festival of 2023, as well as the RCM Level 7 Atlantic Gold Medal. She is now a member of the PEI Symphony Orchestra, continuing to pursue her musical goals and striving to enhance her skills as a violinist.
