Sebastian Manago is the owner of Double Hill Inc. and operates a tourism business as well as the Double Hill Cidery. Before launching the cidery, Sebastian worked for the PEI Government at the Department of Tourism and Innovation PEI. He is known for his role in creating the Food Island Partnership and key initiatives such as the Fall Flavours Festival and the Certified Island Beef Brand. Prior to moving to PEI, he worked in New York, Toronto, and Paris for Random House and Havas Communications.

Sebastian holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature and Languages from Université de Montréal. He speaks English, German, Spanish, French, and Italian.
